Well, Rui Makise took the shinko lead. Which was a shock to.. nobody? Child was the wonder-child to look out for  right up until that injury put her out for six months or so. She's reaching the end of her shinko years, so.. yeah. Not a shocker of an annoucement there.

I'm surprised Rara got the heroine lead.  I was pretty confident it wasn't going to Madoka, because lord knows she's going to be stressed enough in the upcoming shows. I figured it would go to the dimpled darling, Hanaki Maia. She's been getting more and more attention recently and she could use the pressure a shinko would provide to really force her to up her game.  But nope, the company went with Rara. I'm a little sad, not going to lie. I love that outfit that Mirion is wearing and I was kinda looking forward to seeing Madoka wear it. Oh well, I'm assuming Madoka will be taking Urara's role opposite the Sun King.

I still don't know what this show is going to look like... rumors say super fun. Which is good, I like fun shows. Give me soragumi being dorks, I coud use it.

We all know I have a (well earned) reputation for being a hard ass when it comes to Takarazuka. This show I walked out of thinking, there is nothing I would change in that production, there wasn’t one bad piece. That were weaker pieces, but not bad pieces.
